The garlic is about a foot tall, bending this way and that with the wind and rain. You plant at Thanksgiving, feed on Valentine's Day and St. Patrick's, stop watering on Memorial Day, and harvest on Fourth of July--an easy celebratory crop that will keep the vampires at bay for another year.
