Today's surprise! I was admiring the delicate spiral coils and tendrils of a passion flower vine when I spied this caterpillar under a heart-shaped leaf. I got as far as Passion Butterfly in my googling, and will keep researching it tomorrow. It is a very lively creature and I wonder if it is getting ready to make a chrysalis.

Today's surprise! I was admiring the delicate spiral coils and tendrils of a passion flower vine when I spied this caterpillar under a heart-shaped leaf. I got as far as Passion Butterfly in my googling, and will keep researching it tomorrow. It is a very lively creature and I wonder if it is getting ready to make a chrysalis.
