First you have to notice it in the garden. Then you have to sneak up on it and frame an image. Then you become curious about what it is.... It was reasonably easy to identify the family, Hesperiidae, and then to get as far as Atalopedes campestris, or Sachem Skipper, a kind of butterfly. Is it really a sachem? I have no idea, but it's close.
