Taking a break at the museum cafe. Everyone at the window tables was busy watching a woman talk her way out of getting her car towed for parking over the time limit. The car was already hitched to the tow truck, and it is the first time I have ever seen them take off the cables and let people drive away. I wonder what she said.

Half Empty AND Half Full
Taking a break at the museum cafe. Everyone at the window tables was busy watching a woman talk her way out of getting her car towed for parking over the time limit. The car was already hitched to the tow truck, and it is the first time I have ever seen them take off the cables and let people drive away. I wonder what she said.
