Seen from the ground, the cluster of sleeping folded butterflies looks like dull leaves. As these brown scraps warm up in the sun, they reveal their true identities: gorgeous Monarch butterflies darting among the eucalyptus leaves.

An amazingly intricate picture, with the orange butterflies arranging themselves to provide the perfect contrasts. I've never seen anything like this before.
